A healthcare organization is seeking a Psychiatrist to work in acute adult mental health settings.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will have a planned approach to delivering high-quality patient care and utilize best practices for leadership.
* Evidence-based management and care will be provided to patients through regular ward rounds and clinical handover clinics.
* Collaborative partnerships will be built with the multidisciplinary team to ensure success and address concerns raised by team members, management, and patients.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* MRCPSYCH membership or CCT awarded under RCPsych curriculum from 2007 or later, or equivalent registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Demonstrated experience working with adult mental health problems, including effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support and contributing to positive outcomes.
