Eligibility: Must have valid Australian work rights (Citizen / PR / Valid Visa holders)
Responsibilities:
* Design and maintain the IAM architecture using the Okta Identity Cloud platform.
* Lead Okta tenant setup (prod/dev) and ensure scalability, reliability, and governance.
* Integrate Okta with applications such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, G-Suite, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, and on-prem systems.
* Implement SSO, MFA, and automated user lifecycle workflows (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).
* Ensure secure authentication/authorization, RBAC/ABAC models, and support compliance through audits and reporting.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in IAM with strong hands‐on expertise in Okta Identity Cloud.
* Experience integrating Okta with major enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
* Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
* Knowledge of identity governance, access controls, and security/compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across DevSecOps, cloud, and application teams.
