F&B Supervisors are crucial to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence in our hospitality team. They oversee both bar and breakfast operations, providing leadership during shifts and maintaining clear communication throughout the department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
2. Maintain open communication and provide guidance during shifts.
3. Assume responsibility for F&B outlets when the Restaurant Manager is absent.
4. Respond efficiently to customer complaints and enquiries, initiating corrective action and reporting incidents to management.
5. Exceed customer expectations by providing prompt and courteous service, processing orders accurately, and attending to guests' needs.
Requirements
* Previous F&B supervisory experience.
* Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
