About your opportunity: In this position you will * Develop, implement, monitor and review departmental and organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures, programs, clinical practice and clinical governance in the CHHHS Pharmacy and Renal Department. * Provide advice and assistance to multi-disciplinary health professional staff about pharmacy services, policies and procedures, and promote quality use of medicines, medication safety principles and the role of the pharmacist within the CHHHS Renal Department. * Liaise with patients and their families, other health professionals, supervisors, students and researchers, as required to ensure continuum of care.
