As aSeniore-Discovery Consultant,you are a key champion of the Law in Order Legal Project Management team and will deliver innovative solutions to help increase the effectiveness, efficiency and reduce the cost of litigation processes to our clients.
Role locations:Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth. May be open to other major Australian city locations
Reporting to theDirector of Consulting, you will:
* Develop solutions to address the client's specific business requirements
* Provide guidance to our clients in relation to document review, information and data governance, eDiscovery, technology assisted review and computer forensics
* Deliver in-depth presentations on product functionality, architecture, process workflow, customisation, implementation and technology integration
* Liaise closely with the Director and the local sales team to ensure that necessary support is provided to both identify and convert consulting opportunities
* Build and manage strong relationships with our clients
* Project manage and be the main point of contact for the client and all stakeholders, meeting project deadlines
* Oversee the engagement of junior consultants on their matters
* Drive the Consulting team project management initiatives – set up process, workflow and documentation, conduct training and develop awareness regarding best practices within Law in Order
You will have:
* Prereous experience within the legal / forensic technology industry
* Experience liaising with lawyers and legal teams on eDiscovery projects
* A track record of assisting clients in managing eDiscovery/regulatory matters
* Previous project management experience
* Strong technical skills
* Hands-on experience with eDiscovery software eg Relativity, Nuix Discover, Reveal or EDT
* Experience in handling and processing electronic evidence - advantage
* Professional communication skills
