Job Title: Sales Consultant
We are seeking a versatile team member to join our organisation on a permanent full-time basis with prior experience as a retail sales consultant and availability to work Saturdays being essential.
This role requires an individual who possesses excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
* Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection
* Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Assist with stock transfers and stock ordering
* Receipt of payment using the Point of Sale system
* Answering phone calls
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage
* Good level of computer literacy
* Ability to work in a small team
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
