About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join us — someone who doesn't just execute, but takes ownership of the work and pushes it further.
You bring a strong point of view on brand, a sharp eye for detail, and the judgment to know what works (and what doesn't) in real commercial environments. You're comfortable moving fast, making decisions, and delivering work that holds up — both visually and strategically.
This is a hands‐on role across digital, campaign, and retail design. You'll work on everything from brand identities and key visuals to large-scale signage, product campaigns, digital content, and social — work that doesn't just sit in a deck, but goes live and gets seen.

Duties and Responsibility
* Own end-to-end design delivery across sales, marketing, digital, print, and live events, across multiple brands
* Create high-quality creative assets and scalable templates across social, digital, presentations, and product campaigns
* Translate commercial objectives and campaign strategies into clear, effective visual communication
* Work at pace in a fast-moving environment, delivering work that is ready to go live
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, scope, and execute design projects
* Partner across teams and take ownership of final outputs, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment
About You
* 4+ years' experience across branding, print, and digital (agency or fast-paced commercial environment preferred)
* A strong, versatile portfolio across multiple touchpoints; FMCG experience highly regarded
* Confident stakeholder management and clear communication skills
* High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality and consistency
* Commercial awareness — you design with intent and understand what drives business outcomes
* Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability, with the capability to translate briefs into clear, compelling, on-brand visual solutions
* Proactive mindset — able to improve workflows and contribute ideas, not just execute
* Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
Requirements
* Proficient in English and Chinese (oral & written).
* Familiarity with Asian markets visual style.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.), with the ability to work efficiently across multiple formats and outputs.
