About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join the team. Responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling delivery driver water deliveries
* Handling customer enquiries regarding extra deliveries needed or issues with coolers
* Adding additional deliveries into schedules
* Supporting Office Manager with other administration when required
Skills and Experience
To be considered you must demonstrate the following:
* Minimum 3 years in a customer service or administration based role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player and happy to be in a family orientated business
