About The Role
ACERair is seeking an experienced Senior Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician who enjoys a good work life balance. With 26 days annual leave per year and flexible work hours to join our team in St Mary's, SA. This full-time position will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of a wide range of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems. As a member of the ACERair team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our key clients HVAC equipment.
Job Requirements
* Conduct scheduled and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
* Commissioning of new and existing HVAC equipment
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken
* Provide supervision, technical guidance and mentorship to technicians
* Assist with preparation of quotations as required
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols
What's Required
* A recognised qualification in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a qualified air conditioning and refrigeration technician
* Demonstrated expertise in service and repair of a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
* A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
* A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of safe work practices
