* Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
* Candidate should be customer-focused and passionate about hospitality.
* Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and confidently.
* A natural leader with strong communication skills.
* RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager accreditation.
* Strong product knowledge in beer, wine and spirits.
