Join us as a Change Lead in the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program, where you’ll play a vital role supporting the delivery of large-scale ICT enabled business change projects. Based on-site within the implementing facility, you will build change capability by mentoring staff, while fostering strong stakeholder engagement and supporting end users to ensure successful, sustainable implementation. What you’ll do
* Lead the change management implementation activities to ensure a successful transition and an improved workforce management approach and business model.
* Work collaboratively with IWFM Central Business Transformation team and the allocated Change Management Specialist in the establishment of new or changed business processes.
* Lead the communication and engagement activities with key stakeholders to support and enable successful delivery of a business change management program.
* Deliver IWFM Program strategies and program collateral (documents, toolkits, etc.) to effectively implement, reinforce and sustain business change.
