Workhorse Staffing is seeking an experienced poly welder, welder or fabricator looking to step into a specialist trade in plastic welding and fabrication. This is a rare chance to upskill into a high-demand industry with strong training support, excellent culture, and excellent earning potential.

* $42/hr + super base rate with strong overtime available (including weekends) - realistic weekly earnings of $2,800 - $3,000+ per week + super
* Permanent full-time role with steady weekday hours and optional overtime when you want it
* Brisbane-based workshop & site work (no travel)

The Role
You'll work across workshop and site projects, learning and carrying out plastic welding and fabrication on piping systems and components. This is hands‐on, practical work where you'll build new skills while contributing to quality project delivery.
What We're Looking For
* Background in welding, fabrication, or similar hands‐on trade work
* Strong practical welding skills and attention to detail
* Keen to learn and develop into plastic welding
* White Card (confined space / working at heights tickets an advantage)
* Trade Certificate (advantageous)
* Reliable, safety‐focused, and a solid team player
