Seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations regarding customer information privacy and security.
* Evaluate the level of compliance with federal regulations and contractual requirements while customizing System Security Plans (SSPs) for clients.
* Develop and maintain SSP documentation aligned with client-specific security framework requirements.
* Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Collaborate in developing new products and services that meet evolving security needs.
* Stay abreast of industry developments and research new technologies to enhance existing security solutions.
* Prepare presentations and exhibits to educate clients on framework controls and socialize security best practices.
* Support user awareness training and tabletop incident simulations to promote a culture of security excellence.
Qualifications:
* Licensing or Certifications: Achieve the Registered Practitioner (RP) designation awarded by Cyber-AB.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration preferred; educational evaluation conducted for each applicant.
* Skills:
o Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-171/CMMC Level 2, Center for Internet Security CIS 18, CJIS, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and others.
o Work skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Bookings), Knowledge of Microsoft Security Platform tools such as Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager/Intune/Autopilot, Business Defender, and Microsoft licensing experience.
Experience:
* Desired work experience includes 5-10 years of management experience, 3-5 years in cybersecurity compliance or configuration, 3-5 years in technology support, process documentation, and project management experience.
