The key focus of this role is to assist in controlling and distributing the workflow for the department to ensure the key deliverables are met for each of the business units. More specifically, you will:Ensure documentation received from sales is accurate and complete ready for the appropriate team members to work onCreate new jobs in BusinessCraft and monitor the progressionLiaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth transition of jobs throughout the departmentOrder and assess the required statutory reports ensuring they are obtained in a timely manner and follow up on reports with external stakeholders as requiredReview workflow allocations and monitor reports to ensure deadlines are metIssue approved documentation to the Sales TeamProvide other general administrative assistance to the Sales Estimating teamAbout YouYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
