The Role
- Program and set up Amada CNC Brake Press and Turret Press
- Read and interpret 3D models, drawings, and bend sequences
- Select correct tooling and calculate bend allowances
- Produce accurate precision sheet metal parts for data cabinets
- Maintain high quality standards and troubleshoot machine issues
- Complete production records and label finished parts
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Follow safe work practices
About You
- Minimum 2 years hands‐on experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter
- Experience with Brake Press and/or Turret Press machines
- Sheet metal or metal fabrication experience (highly regarded)
- Ability to read 3D models/drawings and create programs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
- Experience in a high‐volume manufacturing environment
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 20kg and stand for long periods
