Responsibilities:
* Lead, generate and create a pipeline of new business opportunities
* Manage the full 360 degree recruitment process, from sourcing clients and roles to placing candidates, managing the offer process and onboarding.
* Superior experience in calculating employee rates based on relevant Award and legislation
* Search to identify and attract suitable candidates using a variety of sources from our in-house database, social media and advertising on job boards
* Build long-lasting client relationships with a variety of companies and industries
* Meet clients and understand their business needs to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions
* Stay up to date with changes in the labour market, HSEQ and industry in general
Skills and Attributes Required:
* Self driven, vibrant, passionate about recruitment and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to negotiate
* An ability to build and nurture both client and candidate relationships
* An intermediate knowledge of computer skills and data base entry
* A valid drivers license
