About Our Client We're partnering with a high-performing, growth-focused organisation seeking a commercially minded finance professional ready to step into a visible, high-impact FP&A role.
This is an opportunity for someone ambitious, detail-driven, and eager to build a career in commercial finance. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence strategy, and help drive performance across a fast-moving business.
Job Description You'll play a key role in delivering commercial insights, improving reporting capability, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
You will:
Deliver sharp, data-backed financial reports that drive smart business decisions
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
Analyse revenue performance, track trends, and identify key risks and opportunities early
Turn financial data into actionable insights that improve business outcomes
Partner with operational leaders and key stakeholders to provide commercial guidance
Build dashboards and improve reporting processes using
Power Query
Support monthly and quarterly reporting that informs leadership strategy
Ensure reporting aligns with accounting standards and internal policies
Contribute to high-impact projects and business improvement initiatives
Continuously enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capability
The Successful Applicant You'll ideally have:
Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm experience (highly regarded)
Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, revenue analysis, or business partnering
Advanced Excel capability, including
Power Query
Strong analytical capability and exceptional attention to detail
A driven, ambitious, and eager-to-learn attitude
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
CA/CPA
qualification (or working towards) preferred
