Our ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys partnering with internal and external stakeholders, with over 5 years' experience in a commercial and industrial Property Manager role and high level of competency in property performance analysis and valuation principles.
About the Role
As a member of Cromwell's in-house Property team, and reporting to the Portfolio Asset Manager, this permanent full-time role will manage a portfolio of Industrial and commercial assets and execute the asset plan through efficient tenant retention and cost control to maximise the value of each asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial
* Formulate annual capital, income and expenditure budgets and undertake monthly forecasting.
* Complete detailed monthly preparation and review of each Net Operating Income Statements including leasing costs, incentives and variance analysis.
* Accountability for the preparation, review and sign-off annual outgoings recovery reconciliations.
Operational
* Instruct solicitors on and administer all lease documentation.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and periodic reports.
* Oversee carpark management agreements, operations and performance.
* Maintain compliance obligations in accordance with the Environmental Management System.
Customer
* Conduct best in class tenant relationship management.
* Undertake make good and lease negotiations.
* Manage general tenant correspondence.
