This position supports the business needs of Site Management while providing a comfortable and safe work environment to all staff.Utilize Helpdesk System to manage facilities tasks and work tickets in a timely mannerEnsure site compliance with company policies, standards and procedures by participating in audits and reviews of executed operational methods and practicesProvide input to Facilities Manager and help manage vendor relationships for all facilities purchases and supply ordersSupport Facilities Manager in managing relocation/space planning such as reconfigurations and build-outs according to scheduleEnsure health and safety policies and procedures are being followed through ongoing communication and reinforcing accountabilityProvide input to Facilities Manager for annual budgetsMonitor day-to-day site operations of long-term third party contractors to ensure performance meets vendor service level agreementCoordinate with Procurement in gathering quotes from outside vendors for building fixtures, repairs, maintenance, and upkeep to evaluate each project and total cost saving potentialMonitor all Purchase Orders and Payments.
