**Our client is a highly regarded name in aged care, with an emphasis on people-centred care and compassion. They are seeking an immediately available person to cover a reception role until the end of the year.**
**The Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering telephone enquiries in a prompt, accurate and reliable manner, directing calls and responding to enquiries.
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Managing the presentation of the office space, including reception, meeting rooms, utility and kitchen areas and general work zones.
- Managing various office booking systems, such as meeting rooms, workstation requirements and assisting to monitor and manage staff in accordance with their Covid Safe Office Plan.
**About You**
- Immediately available
- Experience in Reception/Admin highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and pleasant personality suitable for a front of house role
