Join our team at our St Peters Quarry, where every day brings variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow with one of Australia’s leading building and construction materials suppliers.
You’ll primarily work as a Weighbridge Operator as well as helping out as a plant operator, but flexibility is key—there will also be manual labour involved. You’ll work closely with the Quarry Manager helping to keep the operation running smoothly and safely.
Your day will involve:
- Monitor & process heavy vehicles entering & existing the plant
- Weighbridge operation including the ticketing of incoming and outgoing trucks
- Prepare and process dockets
- Ensure all visitors to the weighbridge office and site adhere to OHS requirements and induction procedures.
- Load road trucks with finished product
- General site duties including Shoveling, lifting (10–15kg) and plant cleaning.
- Supporting the team with continuous improvement and compliance with Borals safety and environmental standards
What are we looking for?
- Experience as a Weighbridge operator
- Experience operating Sales Loaders and/or working with mobile crushing.
- A team player mindset
- Willingness to learn, and ability to pitch in when needed
