Mental Health Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with medical professionals and allied health specialists to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
* Conduct thorough intake assessments and risk evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
* Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide seamless care and support to our clients.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of programmatic interventions designed to promote positive mental health outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Credentialed with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN); OR minimum qualification of Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing; OR Mental Health trained nurse /United Kingdom trained undergraduate Mental Health Nurse.
* Minimum of 2 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) Post Registered Nurse general registration experience within the previous 5 years in mental health in a primary health setting or specialist mental health setting.
