Elite Supplements is one of Australia’s leading sports nutrition retail and distribution businesses, operating a large network of retail stores and an expanding international presence. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced IT Manager / Systems Administrator to oversee and strengthen our company-wide IT infrastructure.
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our systems, improving operational efficiency, enhancing cybersecurity, and supporting our retail network and head office teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
2. Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, infrastructure, and network environment.
3. Ensure all company devices and systems operate under a centralized domain for efficient remote management and support.
4. Manage company mobile devices through Microsoft Intune to secure company data and contact information.
5. Structure and manage a centralized shared drive and data storage environment to improve data accessibility and retention.
6. Payments & Retail Systems
7. Oversee EFTPOS rollouts and configurations across the retail network.
8. Integrate EFTPOS systems with third-party platforms.
9. Manage configuration updates such as surcharge adjustments and MOTO
