Role Overview
In this role, you'll be responsible for growing sales, building client relationships, and representing our brand in the B2B homewares market.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic business plans to exceed sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain long-term partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and designers, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Represent Elme Living at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our latest collections and securing new business.
Qualifications
* Proven success in B2B field sales or business development, ideally in homewares, furniture, or wholesale.
* Strong industry connections and the ability to identify, engage, and convert new clients.
* Exceptional negotiation and relationship‐building skills.
* Self‐motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
* A valid Australian driver's licence, with willingness and availability to be on the road daily, meeting clients, visiting showrooms, and attending industry events across NSW.
