About the Role:
Our factory maintenance team is looking for a skilled professional to support our production process. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 50+ ABB robots.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and downtime reduction through data analysis and manufacturing processes.
Support supervisors with improvement activities and review daily lost unit log with countermeasures.
Conduct weekly/monthly analysis and reporting of downtime events.
This role provides an opportunity to work with industrial-scale robots and grow advanced manufacturing capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
Review and update area TPM boards and conduct audits.
Cordinate and analyse Preventative and predictive maintenance activity including Safety and Compliance PM's.
Cordinate major repairs to plant engaging contractors or maintenance.
Review / modify maintenance PM's for effectiveness.
Plan and schedule equipment improvement activities.
Ensure all follow up improvement activities are entered into the system and tracked to completion.
Requirements:
Necessary Skills:
A degree in engineering or formal qualifications in reliability maintenance.
Minimum 5 years working within Manufacturing or sector with robotics.
Strong technical and analytic skills.
Advanced fault finding and diagnostic skills.
You will be based at Adelaide, Australia.
