About the role
* Based at Kawana Waters Care Community.
* Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm.
* Provide effective leadership, support and management to the Housekeeping Teams, including cleaning and laundry departments.
* Manage the delivery of housekeeping services to support residents' needs.
* Implement and oversee the daily cleaning schedule.
* Ensure housekeeping of rooms and common areas of the Care Community.
* Provide excellent customer service to residents in all areas.
