Drive Sales and Team Performance as a Store Manager
Stateside Sports is a leading retailer of streetwear and sports lifestyle goods. As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily store operations, motivate the team to meet sales goals, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
* Be the customer service champion, handle inquiries, solve problems, and make every customer feel valued.
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and contribute to merchandising efforts.
* Play a key role in onboarding new team members, training them, and helping them grow within the company.
* Support the implementation of promotions, policies, and maintaining a well-run store.
* Help manage scheduling to ensure the store is fully staffed and running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum 1+ years of experience in store management or supervising within a retail environment.
* A proven track record of delivering results, driving sales, and engaging teams, with a solid understanding of KPIs.
* Possess strong people management and coaching skills, as well as commercial acumen to make informed business decisions.
