**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize the company calendar.

- Follow up with clients as necessary and assist with ad hoc tasks.

- Prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is essential.
- Invoicing experience and CRM management skills are highly valued.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
