To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following attributes, licences and qualifications:

• Proven experience in the building industry
• Trade qualifications & or relevant Building/Maintenance skills
• Hold a Victorian OH&S; Card Construction Industry Card
• Current Full Drivers Licence
• Current Police Check (issued within 3 months prior to commencement)
• Positive outlook
• Teamwork
• Accepting of changes
