**The Position****
* Supporting the Head of Sales & Leasing and Director
* Personal assistant support including diary management, reminders & follow-ups
* Prepare leases, offers to lease or sale, marketing coordination
* Maintaining property files, CRM records and listing databases
* Monitor emails and coordinate team meetings
* Managing property campaigns including signage, online listings, photography and social media
* Conduct some property inspections and viewings as required
* Meet clients, trades and tenants on site to facilitate access and fit out discussions
*The Criteria*
* Reliable motor vehicle to attend some onsite visits
* Strong admin background within real estate/property or professional services
* Excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong time management
* Proficiency with Google Suite & MS Office
* Familiarity with Canva, DocuSign, Cirrus8, Comet, LockedOn, Pricefinder and Landgage would be advantageous but not essential
