Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior CyberArk Consultant to support one of our clients, a leading global technology company. The role involves working across multiple phases of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) lifecycle, including requirement analysis, platform enhancement, architectural input, and operational leadership. You will provide technical direction, oversee CyberArk platform stability, guide integrations, and ensure secure and compliant privileged access practices across the enterprise. This position requires strong problem‑solving capabilities, technical depth, and the ability to collaborate closely with multiple teams in a high‑performing environment.
Education & Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (relevant work experience accepted in lieu of formal education).
* 8+ years of overall IT experience, with strong exposure to Identity & Access Management.
* Hands‑on expertise in CyberArk administration, configuration, and support within enterprise environments.
* Background working in high‑availability, integrated application ecosystems.
* Strong understanding of PAM principles, solution components, and secure access patterns.
* Working knowledge of databases, OS fundamentals, and supporting technologies used in IAM platforms.
* Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end‑to‑end support for the CyberArk PAM environment, ensuring stability, availability, and compliance.
* Gather and refine technical requirements, working with solution architects, platform owners, and security teams.
* Contribute to architectural discussions and assist in preparing high‑level design documentation.
* Lead troubleshooting efforts, manage incidents, and deliver clear and detailed root‑cause analyses.
* Support deployments, upgrades, transitions, and lifecycle activities across CyberArk components.
* Review deliverables during development, system testing, and UAT to ensure alignment with standards.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline access management processes and enhance PAM controls.
* Guide junior engineers, share expertise, and support competency building within the PAM team.
CyberArk‑Specific Responsibilities
* Strong hands‑on experience across CyberArk modules such as EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AIM, and OPM .
* Integrate CyberArk with Windows, UNIX/Linux servers, network devices, and databases, ensuring secure onboarding of privileged accounts.
* Create, administer, and maintain Safes, platforms, credential policies, and associated entitlements.
* Perform CyberArk infrastructure monitoring, daily health checks, performance analysis, and availability validation.
* Conduct compliance and policy checks for privileged access, generate reports, and elevate deviations as needed.
* Analyze system and security logs across multiple OS environments to detect misuse or anomalous privileged activity.
* Administer privileged accounts across different environments and support password rotation and session management.
* Manage CPM policies, configuration updates, password upload utilities, and automation components.
* Develop or support custom connectors, plug‑ins, or session components when required.
* Collaborate on account audits, resolve server login or permission‑related issues, and ensure proper access governance.
* Apply knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, AD, UNIX, and Windows to troubleshoot and support PAM integrations.
* Provide operational support for Entrust HSM including patching, backups, log reviews, key management activities, and maintenance tasks.
* Prepare detailed monthly reports covering KPIs, health metrics, usage trends, license utilization, failures, MTTR, and improvement recommendations.
