Strata Manager
A respected boutique property group is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created role managing a premium portfolio of commercial and industrial schemes, offering long-term stability and excellent support.
Salary & Benefits:
* $90,000 – $100,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial strata schemes
* Coordinate and attend AGMs and committee meetings
* Prepare budgets, schedules, and handle all strata correspondence
* Liaise with owners, contractors, and key stakeholders
* Provide general strata management advice and support
About You:
* Minimum 2 years of strata management experience
* Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Confident in running meetings and interpreting strata legislation
* Commercial portfolio experience highly regarded
