Site Manager
Location: On-site (Adelaide)
Employment Type: Full-time
About Us
We're a small, agile and supportive team working on standout construction and fit-out projects across hospitality and commercial. Every project we deliver is detailed, unique, and built with pride.
Now we're looking for a Site Manager who shares that same pride — someone hands-on, highly organised, and ready to own the build on-site.
The Role
As our Site Manager, you'll be the go-to person on-site, keeping the wheels turning. Ensuring that trades and contractors are coordinated, quality is upheld, and daily operations run smoothly. You'll be trusted to lead the site, get involved when needed, and solve challenges in real time. This is a role for someone who leads by doing, takes initiative, and values strong communication as much as strong craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
· Leading and coordinating day-to-day site operations
* Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and site logistics
* Ensure quality control, safety, and timing across daily tasks.
* Support trades directly when needed (hands-on mindset)
* Monitor and report on project progress and needs to the Project Manager and Director
* Maintain a well-organised, compliant, and professional site.
* Complete light reporting and daily logs as required.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a site leadership role (Site Supervisor or Site Manager)
* Trade background - cabinet making, carpenter or construction
* Experience with fit-outs for trains, buses, boats, or caravans is a big plus
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing, quality, and timelines
* Clear, respectful communicator who builds rapport with trades and clients alike.
* Reliable, honest, practical, and proactive
* Basic computer skills – enough to keep notes, email updates, and Microsoft Office.
Why Join Us
* Work on unique, high-profile projects in Adelaide
* Be part of non-corporate, small but focused and positive team where your work makes a difference, and your voice is heard.
* No travel required – all work is local and site-based.
* Genuine long-term role with room to grow.
We'd love to hear from you. Apply now and let's build something great together.
