Overview
Work with a global leader in innovative infrastructure solutions, designing and installing raised flooring and safety systems for offices, warehouses, and data centres.
This role is for an HSE Coordinator who will lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across manufacturing and warehousing sites. The position focuses on creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and company requirements. You will conduct audits and inspections, deliver safety training, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement in safety practices. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll build a strong safety culture and engage with employees at all levels.
Base pay range
A$90,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and site standards.
* Develop, implement, and monitor best practice safety protocols.
* Facilitate training sessions, toolbox talks, and workshops to strengthen safety awareness.
* Investigate incidents, lead root cause analysis, and deliver corrective actions.
* Assess risks, identify hazards, and implement preventative measures.
* Manage and enhance the ISO 45001 framework to deliver value across the site.
* Collaborate with managers, employees, and regulators to promote a safety-first culture.
* Empower employees to take ownership of workplace safety and continuous improvement.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in HSE roles within manufacturing or warehousing.
* Strong knowledge of compliance auditing, WHS regulations, and environmental sustainability.
* Proven ability to engage and influence teams with a hands-on approach.
* Relevant certifications in Workplace Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or similar are highly regarded.
