About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and driven leader to manage, mentor, and grow a team of recruitment consultants focused on placing junior doctors. This role combines leadership with hands-on recruitment, giving you the opportunity to manage your own desk while fostering team success. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Development Lead and support a team of recruitment consultants, helping them reach their goals. Build a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members. Recruitment and Business Development Manage your own client and candidate portfolio, maintaining high standards of service delivery. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the junior doctor sector. Write engaging job advertisements and source candidates through networking, social media, and innovative recruitment strategies. Operational Excellence Drive team performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are met. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry standards. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within the healthcare sector. Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing successful teams. Strong business development skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
