Currently seeking a Video Production Coordinator for a casual 12-month temporary assignment.
About the Role
As a Video / Animation Production Coordinator, you will support the Digital Media team in delivering high-quality content across various platforms.
Your responsibilities include coordinating video and social media content production, understanding briefs, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and liaising on outputs and consents.
Key duties include:
Coordinate planning, logistics, and schedules for multi-format content production
Manage shoot requirements, location access, and resources
Work with content teams to meet deadlines and campaign goals
Liaise with business areas for reviews, feedback, and approvals
Ensure consent and accessibility documentation is completed and archived
Support senior team members with logistics, reporting, and coordination
Maintain production records and contribute to team reports
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders
End-to-end project management and stakeholder coordination
About You
To succeed, you should have:
Experience coordinating video and/or animation production in a creative or agency setting
Knowledge of production documentation and workflows (e.g., briefs, schedules)
Understanding of accessibility requirements in video production (e.g., captions, transcripts)
Experience with project management tools and Office 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
Familiarity with copyright, consent, and usage rights for visual media
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro or Media Encoder (advantageous but not essential)

$60.26 per hour + super
