Superb opportunity for an experienced Business Development Assistant to support a global law firm.
This is a broad role best suited to an individual who can easily adapt to different working styles while managing competing deadlines.
Key duties include (but are not limited to):
Account management: creating client documents, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining client contact trackers
Events: managing all aspects from invitations and client communications to logistics
Research and analysis: identifying key contacts, competitor activities, and market developments
Reports: preparing pitches, meetings summaries, and relationship activity updates
Submissions: managing legal directory submissions by drafting, reviewing, and finalising content
Updating brochures and other marketing materials with deals, awards, and experience
Creating credential statements and client proposals
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years' experience in business development and/or marketing. Experience within the legal or professional services sector is essential.
This role involves reporting to multiple stakeholders across local, interstate, and international offices, so confidence in managing complex reporting relationships is required.
Strong attention to detail, excellent technology skills, and the ability to confidently work across various systems are critical to success in this role.
Please note this is a full-time permanent position based in West Perth (no parking available).
