Build your career and hands-on experience with front and back-end litigation either part or full time. Work directly and be mentored by the principal, the duties & responsibilities include:
* Work on Local, NCAT, District and Supreme Court litigation cases, from inception to resolution, including legal research, strategy development, and courtroom representation
* Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing guidance, updates, and building strong relationships based on trust and expertise
* Prepare legal documents, briefs and reports for barristers, and or experts ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
* Appear in court to argue cases, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in legal proceedings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills
* Provide leadership to our graduate, including assigning tasks, reviewing work, and encouraging professional growth and development.

Experience and qualifications
* Work experience in a mix of both back-end and front-end litigation, building & construction experience would be an advantage
* Capable of working semi-autonomously, under the supervision of the litigation partner
* Experience in property, equity, contractual disputes, requesting further and better particulars, issuing subpoenas, drafting of submissions and witness statements
* Proven ability to analyse complex legal issues, identify key legal principles, and apply them to specific cases or situations
* Shown experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing high-quality legal advice and counsel.
* PAE : 3-4 years
