About the role:
This role reports to the COO of our New Ventures division, which comprises a number of businesses providing products and services to the healthcare community, including Avant Law Commercial, Avant Practice Solutions, Cgov, PracticeHub and Team Medical.
This role is responsible for Practice Concierge and Sales across the New Ventures division, bringing together the functions of Practice Advisors, SDR's, BDM's and Account Managers and providing our customers with:
* practice advice (high level needs analysis)
* information about our full range of products and services
* leads referral to other Avant businesses and
* account management
Key accountabilities of the role:
* People Leadership: Management of teams focused on delivering the Practice Concierge, Leads Development, Business Development and Account Management functions for New Ventures businesses.
* Practice Advisor role: lead and perform the function of the Practice Advisor which includes account management and first point of contact for ensuring existing and prospective clients can access the practice administration, technology and legal services they require.
* Leads Development: responsible for generation of leads into the sales pipeline through the Practice Concierge and Sales functions. Work closely with New Ventures Marketing to nurture leads acquired at the top-of-funnel through marketing activities and move them towards the bottom-of-funnel through outbound contact and leads qualification. Ensure effective feedback loop with Marketing to ensure pain-points and customer needs are identified.
* Sales Pipeline Management: responsible for growth of New Ventures business sales pipelines through the activities of the BDM team. This includes the sales pipelines for Avant Law Commercial, Avant Practice Solutions business lines and PracticeHub.
Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience in Practice Management/Consulting (GP practice or similar), supervisory, sales or office management experience in a health care setting
* Ideally Diploma or Certificate IV in Practice Management or other tertiary qualifications
* Passion for managing a team and client relationships
* Passion for sales and providing an exceptional customer experience with a drive to exceed customer expectations
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management ability with excellent communication skills
* Understanding of health care standards, accreditation, Practice Incentive Program and Medicare billing processes and issues (preferred)
* Interest in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to the medical and allied healthcare sectors
