The Role
Wedding & Event Planners at Gabbinbar are responsible for planning and delivering seamless, memorable weddings and celebrations at the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and management of weddings/events including but not limited to:
• Detailed correspondence with clients, vendors and internal teams
* • Logistics
* • Administration duties
* • Styling coordination
* • Venue preparation
* • Leadership on allocated weddings and events
* • Sales and general administrative support.
About You:
* Proven experience and highly skilled in administrative tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - building and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients, guests and stakeholders
* Professional time management
* The ability to manage budgets
* Team leadership ability
* Exceptional personal presentation
* Attention to detail - meticulous planning, record-keeping, and procedural adherence
* The ability to manage multiple requests and client demands at any given time
* Consistently look for ways to maximise client and guest experience
* The ability to work and contribute positively to a team as well as work autonomously
* Hospitality and previous wedding planning experience may be advantageous but not necessary
