Opened in September 2021, our venue overlooks the beautiful Bay of Isles and has quickly become a favourite for both locals and visitors. We are now seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to work alongside our experienced Head Chef in a brand-new kitchen, delivering memorable dining experiences.

What You'll Do
* Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver excellent, consistent meals.
* Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence to ensure smooth service.
* Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
* Assist in creating and developing new menu options that reflect seasonal changes and customer demand.
* Maintain our reputation for quality by using fresh, locally sourced produce.

What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Relevant culinary qualifications.
* Proven leadership skills suited to a busy commercial kitchen.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
