The Opportunity Join a busy and well-established commercial builder on a contract basis, delivering a range of fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Site Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys seeing projects come to life from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on site.
Maintain strong quality and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the wider team to achieve seamless project delivery.
Provide clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout each stage of the project.
About You Proven experience delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects within the education sector in NSW Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders.
Relevant trade qualifications or construction management background highly regarded.
