About the Centre:
At Aussie Kindies Sunbury, we’ve created a small, safe, and inclusive environment where children feel at home. With a strong family feel and passionate educators, we support each child’s individual learning journey in a warm setting. Our days are filled with fun and discovery—whether making friends in our indoor and outdoor play areas, exploring new skills through hands-on learning, or enjoying healthy meals prepared onsite. Our tailored school readiness program helps children build confidence and independence for a successful transition to primary school.
About the Role
* Manage the daily operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
* Create lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use marketing skills to increase occupancy.
* Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in an Assistant Centre Manager role or similar.
* A current Working with Children’s Check.
* Experience in meeting safety and compliance standards.
