The role
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex $70M+ projects
* Oversee programme, budget, risk and stakeholder management
* Drive strong client relationships and project outcomes
* Mentor and develop Project Managers and site teams
* Work closely with internal leadership on strategy and delivery
* Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial projects ($70M+)
* Background across sectors like education, retail, hospitality or aged care
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to delivery
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes
* A team-first mindset with a passion for mentoring others
