About The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brands in the market—ensuring our craft beverages are visible, accessible, and perfectly presented across licensed venues and bottle shops in your territory. You'll work closely with venue owners and managers to grow our presence while delivering exceptional brand representation.

Your Key Responsibilities

Sales & Execution

* Achieve sales targets across designated customers and brands
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory
* Manage customer relationships and maintain regular contact through structured call plans

Brand Presence & Merchandising

* Ensure venues stock the right range of our products to meet customer demand
* Secure premium shelf space and point-of-sale positions in bottle shops
* Install and maintain branded signage and promotional materials
* Monitor product quality, pricing, and stock rotation

Promotion & Market Intelligence

* Execute promotional campaigns within budget guidelines
* Gather and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
* Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility

Administration

* Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
* Submit timely activity reports to your manager
* Manage territory efficiently with planned customer visits

Skills and Experiences

Essential

* 1-3 years' experience in a field sales, merchandising, or customer-facing role
* Current WA driver's license
* Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* Proficiency with Windows and CRM systems
* Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently
