**About the Role**
You will be joining one of the essential tech teams at BOQ as a Reporting Analyst. BOQ is currently enjoying a rapid of period growth due to large scale funding to make BOQ the digital bank of the future with a personal touch. We are currently running a large scale tech transformation which includes technology uplifts across the business in core banking, payments and our digital platforms which involve major cloud projects
The key purpose of this position is to pro-actively support Group Technology in the understanding of operational data and how this is attributed to services provided. In addition, this role will provide continual insights into the operational data of Group Technology, as well as taking a pro-active role in ensuring the data is presented in an accurate and consumable manner.
- Assist in the gathering and validation of operational data from various sources
- Assist in the analysis and insights of the data
- Prepare reports for Group Technology both scheduled and ad hoc
- Distributing monthly performance reports for Group Technology
- Delivery of ongoing insights to the operational performance of Group Technology, presented within business context
- Preparation of periodic performance and project reporting and other reports as required
- Ensuring the integrity of data, and distribution of data to the business in a timely manner in support of decisions
- Maintaining data and other records that create confidence in actual performance
- Foster a collaborative working relationship between Group Technology and the Business
**About you**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in developing and managing data models and reporting within the financial services industry
- Strong demonstrable experience in all facets of IT Service Delivery and governance.
- Experience of working with vendors and managing these relationships.
- Banking/Finance industry exposure (3 years)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- ServiceNow experience
- ITIL Foundation Certified desirable
