The Role:
As a Property Manager, you'll be a valued member of a high-performing, friendly, and supportive property team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine inspections and prepare Property Condition Reports.
* Liaise effectively with homeowners, tenants, clients, contractors, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
* Utilise real estate software to manage tasks and communications efficiently.
* Support sales, property, and office management teams with daily problem solving.
* Follow up on lease renewals, repairs, and maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.

* Experienced: Ideally people from within the real estate industry.
* Qualifications: REIWA Registration or prepared to complete accreditation; valid driver's license.
