The impact you'll make
Be the go-to for our highest‑value accounts—building trust, mapping growth plans, and turning insights into action.
Lift performance across pricing, product penetration, and service metrics (including DIFOT), ensuring customers feel the consistency.
Connect the dots between Sales, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Operations, so issues are resolved quickly and opportunities aren't missed.
Bring the market to us —track competitor moves, new products, and customer needs to keep our offering sharp and relevant.
Show up with solutions —from activation, proactive comms, you'll keep momentum high.
What you'll do, day to day
Systematically service a portfolio of key accounts to meet agreed performance targets.
Develop and present sustainable, profitable pricing structures that deliver customer value and business growth.
Maintain accurate customer pantries and ensure effective product coverage aligned to classification and DIFOT metrics.
Respond promptly to inquiries and escalates issues with clarity; you know who to loop in and how to keep stakeholders aligned.
Partner with suppliers and end‑user reps to support joint calls, promotions, and product activations.
Work closely with Customer Service to keep communication tight, and with Accounts Receivable to resolve discrepancies and support debt management.
Prepare and contribute to monthly account reviews, reporting decks, and pipeline updates for internal stakeholders.
What you bring
Proven Key Account Management experience (foodservice/QSR exposure is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills —you listen, influence, and follow through.
Strong sales planning and time management; you're structured and keep your promises.
High attention to detail with the ability to pivot when the unexpected hits.
Confident across Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Understanding of compliance in a food environment—HACCP, OH&S, and company guidelines.
