Supporting Diverse Communities as a Cultural Liaison
Culturally responsive support is essential in helping refugees and migrants settle into their new surroundings. This role requires the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, understand their needs, and provide tailored support.
* This cultural liaison will work closely with clients to identify their requirements and deliver targeted assistance.
* The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be bilingual in English and at least one of the listed languages, and have relevant qualifications in Community Services.
To excel in this role, applicants should be flexible, able to work independently, and possess strong analytical skills. Regular travel within Queensland may be required to support diverse communities.
Key Requirements:
* Bilingual in English and at least one of Dari, Kinyarwanda, Rohingya, or Pashto.
* Relevant qualifications in Community Services.
