Role Description
As a Junior Property Manager Assistant, you'll work closely with our property management team to support day-to-day onsite operations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being on the move, talking to people, and learning how the property industry works.
Your main responsibility will be to represent our agency professionally during inspections, ensure properties are presented well, and report back clearly on property conditions or tenant feedback. You'll also play a key role in helping us prepare for maintenance and renovations.
Qualifications
* No prior real estate experience required – we provide full training
* Willingness to undertake or currently be completing Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver's licence and reliable car (travel between properties required)
* Punctual, reliable, and good with time management
* Comfortable using mobile apps and basic reporting tools
* Professional presentation and friendly attitude when dealing with clients
* Confident speaking with tenants, tradespeople, and team members
* Willingness to learn about property management and real estate operations
* Ability to follow procedures and pay attention to details (especially during condition reports)
